Reservation Policy: One night deposit is required to reserve site except holiday weekends must be paid in full 3 weeks in advance or held with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We use your credit card information to guarantee your reservation.
  • Payment is made upon check in (except for holidays -- pay in full 45 days in advance).
  • If you cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival, you are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, we will charge the first night of the reservation. No show, no cancellation and you will be charged for your FULL RESERVATION.
